Most of the attention in marketer circles has focused on generative AI as a solution that’ll enable them to generate quality, on-brand advertising and content – and distribute and target it even more precisely. But brand safety and legal issues continue to get in the way.
In the meantime, marketers are finding glimmers of possibility in one other area of their business: using AI to create materials their sales teams can use to pitch and communicate with prospects and customers.
Materials include scripts for phone calls, sample emails and messaging, or even thought leadership or content that sales team can send to prospects or customers following certain developments, such as new legal guidance that’s pertinent to the business.
